The Deliverable D3.5 “ICTs for Social and Public-Sector Service Transformation & Policy Review Report, a result of MIICT Project Task T3.4, has as its main goal the revision of Europe-wide literature on ICTs on public services destined to facilitate integration of regular migrants and refugees in the European Union Member States. Information from other key countries and regions such as Norway, the USA, Canada and Australia, has also been reviewed to ensure a thorough evidence base is established.
